LEASE RATES
The rates are based, in part, on the profit status of the renting organization. Each renter must have proof of liability insurance coverage naming the Rockbox Theater and RCK LLC as additional insured.

ADDITIONAL ADD ONS: Basic Technician fee: A minimum of one paid technician must be on hand at all times. The technician's fee is $300 for 1-4 hours, and $75.00 for every hour after four hours. (Depending on renter’s needs) Additional audio visual services and equipment available at additional cost. |

CONCESSIONS:
The Rockbox Theater is equipped to provide concession service, including alcohol, as part of the lease agreement. The Rockbox Theater reserves the right to sell concessions at any performance, and reserves the right to ALL proceeds from said concessions. ALL outside concessions - food and drink - must be approved prior to rental. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED with outside concessions.
